Cancellation Policy

An order cancellation request will only be considered if it is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order on our website.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled as our garments are made to order and production may have already commenced.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on the status of the order and other applicable circumstances.

Refunds are not provided for cancelled orders. In case a cancellation is accepted, we may issue store credit equivalent to the eligible order amount, which can be redeemed toward a future purchase from Swarnam by Shruti.

Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
